"I paid an extra Rs 1000 for the room, and I made the full payment through the Agoda app, but the hotel owner refused to give me the room. He said his hotel is not listed on any apps. The customer care service is also pointless as I had to call 3–4 times and explain the same issue again and again."

"Loved this property, customer service was so amazing. Hotel is full of history and classic decorations. When I walked in, I was greeted by smiling faces who helped me find my way to check in. At check in the rep was so sweet, and gave me a mini synopsis of where everything was located. once I got into my room I was so in love with the room because it was so beautiful. you will not have one complaint, its amazing! Second time I have stayed here. Everything is top-notch. Rooms are incredible. Beyond clean. Shower/bathrooms are immaculate. Hallways spotless and very nicely designed. Service is excellent. place is highly recommended. We heard that the residency was one of the best hotels in the Noida so I booked a stay to celebrate our 9th Anniversary in the city where my wife sweety and I first met. We splurged a bit and booked the Club Level room and loved it. There may be no going back. The hotel staff were great, the location was perfect walking distance to the city. We're already planning our return."

"I had a terrible experience here. Hotel staffs are very bad!! They asked me to pay 300/- extra money what I’d already paid online to OYO while booking this hotel. Since I checked in night I had no other option than to pay extra money. OYO customer support didn’t help Me in this issue as well. When I called OYO CSR, they promised me to give me call back within 2 minutes but they called me after 2-3 hours and by that time I had already paid extra money. My extra money was not refund either from OYO or Hotel. I’d would recommend not to book hotel room in this hotel or stop using OYO for booking hotels"

"It is worst hotel unhygienic, smells really bad, non ac, poor management. I have stayed there for 4 days unfortunately because I made the payment and shifted my room twice.. Ac doesn’t work, everyday they say service guy is solving the issue, but it never happens. We had to call every hour to turn on the AC they always says it’s on it’s slow but whenever I go and see the switch it’s always off. There are too many insects here. Bathroom is really dirty. No exhaust in the bathroom.. Every room at every floor has different problems.. On the second floor there are pigeons droppings(poop) everywhere at the back and front.. Do not come at this place."

"Horrible staffs. Extremely rude & the B@@/rd gaurd is asking is this the time to get to room (02:30). Rooms are beautiful with unwashed bedspreads. I could see bed full of hair like salon, yuk. We had no choice Booking the place for 2nights. Vacated in half day.. phew..... what ever 5* rating you find in the reviews it's all fake, mind it. Oyo 14451."
